Returns Window
You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us.
Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition.
Returned items must be:

In their original condition

With all tags still attached

In their original packaging, where applicable
Please take care when trying items on. We may be unable to accept returns if an item is marked, damaged, worn, washed, scented, or returned without its tags or packaging.
How to Return an Item

Please include your name, order number and contact details inside the parcel so we can identify your return.
We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Return Postage
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your returned item, we will process your refund.
Approved returns will be refunded in full to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Please allow time for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges for online orders.
If you would like a different size, colour or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order through our website.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be suitable for return if they have been worn, used, opened or had hygiene seals removed, unless they are faulty.
This may include items such as earrings, hair accessories, intimate garments, swimwear or similar products.
Any product-specific return restrictions will be made clear where applicable.
